I was skeptical. I purchased the medium pan. Excellent!! No oil needed at all. No stickiness whatsoever.
It would have been great if there were also deeper and larger pots or pans for cooking fish / meat.

I bought it and it is great for frying even with oil. The heat is evenly distributed throughout the same pan prepared together at the same level.
And without oil, cooking eggs is just great !!
