All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of placing the order. (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders received by the system on Saturday or Sunday will only be processed on Mondays – Wednesdays of the following week.
Please note: In order to optimize the delivery to you, when buying on the website, it is recommended to write a personal phone number and not a home phone.
When the shipment arrives at the mail delivery point, the customer will receive an SMS message to the number he enters in the order.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are indicated separately on the order form and on the invoice or delivery note.
There is no shipping fee for purchases over an amount we may display on the Website and may change from time to time.

Product supply
Delivery of products by the distribution of deliveries is only within Israel and is subject to reasonable accessibility (infrastructure, security restrictions, etc.).

We will not be liable for any damages due to delays and/or delays caused as a result of force majeure, third parties, and/or circumstances or events beyond our control.
We will deliver any product purchased to the address typed at the time of purchase.

The delivery date of shipment
The date of delivery of the products is on working days counted from the date of receipt of approval for the transaction from the credit company (Monday-Friday, not including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

Product return policy and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations of transactions are made in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law for certain transactions as specified in the law.
